Longfields Circle Raises Over £14,000 to Support Our Mission

We are proud to share the incredible ongoing support we receive from Longfields Circle, who have stood firmly beside us for over a year, raising more than £14,000 to fuel our mission.

Longfields Circle is a Suffolk-based business support network founded by Luke Broadley, bringing local businesses together to create meaningful impact across the community.

Over the past year, Luke and the Longfields Circle team have hosted three fantastic events where Combat2Coffee was chosen as their partnership charity. Their commitment has been nothing short of transformative.

At the beginning of this year, they presented us with a cheque for over £10,000 – an outstanding contribution that enabled us to secure our current office space and continue delivering our vital outreach work.

More recently, they hosted their ‘Roll Out The Red Carpet’ evening at Milsoms Kesgrave Hall.

During the event, a silent auction raised over £4,000 thanks to the generosity of everyone who attended.

Prizes included a private dinner prepared by an executive chef, a golf day with football legends Terry Butcher and Russell Osman, and tickets to see Ed Sheeran live.

Every penny raised helps us continue supporting veterans and reminding everyone that mental health truly matters.

Reflecting on the partnership, Luke Broadley shared:

Longfields Circle was established with a clear purpose: to support local businesses.

Our intention is to provide a practical platform offering large-scale entertainment events, business breakfast meetings, training sessions, and more.

We strongly believe in encouraging business to circulate within the Circle, and we urge our members to do the same. This approach has already proven successful.

For this reason, we have proudly chosen to share the stage at each of our events during our first year with Combat2Coffee.

Nigel and his team have created something of genuine value for veterans, and we have been pleased to support them since our launch in May last year.

Our launch event took the form of a 1940s-themed D-Day gathering – like falling into a time slip – attended by approximately 200 local business owners, featuring a three-course meal, military equipment displays, and a Spitfire flypast.

Combat2Coffee was the obvious choice on the day and remains a very worthy cause.

Our CEO and Founder, Nigel Seaman, shared:

We are incredibly grateful for the continued partnership with Longfields Circle.

Their support means the world to us and fuels our mission to support veterans and raise awareness around military mental health.

We look forward to continuing this journey together.

From all of us at Combat2Coffee – thank you to Luke and the Longfields Circle community for helping us change lives, one sip at a time.
