We are excited to announce Jackie as our third Brand Ambassador.
Jackie joins Combat2Coffee with a passion and shared vision for supporting our Armed Forces personnel as they transition into civilian life after service.
Her values, experience and commitment to social impact align perfectly with everything Combat2Coffee stands for.
As the Head of Sustainability and Social Impact at Hire Safe Solutions, Jackie has worked within the construction and infrastructure industry since 2006.
With a professional background in management consultancy, business development and marketing, she has spent her career working closely with customers and partners to deliver innovative, sustainable solutions that benefit people, communities and our planet.
Jackie was first introduced to Combat2Coffee in 2024 during a Safety Day at Sizewell C, where the Combat2Coffee coffee van was on site serving up hot drinks. That first interaction over a cup of coffee sparked a relationship that has gone from strength to strength ever since.
Jackie explained:
I saw immediately how Combat2Coffee is the perfect not-for-profit partner.
Everybody buys coffee – but buying coffee from Combat2Coffee supports mental health, veteran employment and ethical procurement, whilst creating social value.
It also aligns seamlessly with the ‘giving back’ ethos shared by so many of my customers across defence, justice and the energy and nuclear sectors.
Since the initial introduction, Jackie has gone far beyond simply championing the brand, actively helping to secure opportunities for Combat2Coffee to spread its mission far and wide.
Jackie shared:
I am truly privileged and honoured to be asked to become a Brand Ambassador.
I am excited to introduce Combat2Coffee to so many of my customers, who are also looking to procure more ethically and responsibly as part of their social value commitments.
I actively will be encouraging people to switch their coffee to Combat2Coffee as it helps to create jobs for veterans, at the same time demonstrating mental health support in the workplace.
Looking ahead, Jackie is excited about the impact she hopes to achieve in her ambassador role:
I hope to advocate for Combat2Coffee in my day-to-day conversations with customers and partners, helping organisations realise just how simple it can be to make a big difference.
I’m looking forward to Hire Safe Solutions supporting local community initiatives in and around Ipswich, while working closely with the Combat2Coffee team to support their ambitious growth plans.
There are so many exciting projects ahead this year, and I’m genuinely excited to play a small part in helping bring them to life.
