We bring our mobile coffee vans and pop-up stands to events all across the UK. From fundraisers, community days, wellbeing events, local fairs, celebrations and more — whether veteran-focused or not. Wherever we go, we bring connection, conversation and a friendly space for people to pause.
Alongside every cup served, our outreach workers are often on hand to provide on-the-ground support, guidance, and signposting to essential services.
Our events are about far more than coffee. They create safe, welcoming spaces where conversations begin, barriers lower, and meaningful engagement can take place.
Every event is an opportunity to reach someone who may be struggling, someone who might need exactly the right moment, the right environment, or the right person to talk to.
By being present at a wide variety of events, we become a visible and trusted part of the community. This allows us to raise awareness of mental health support for veterans and their families, meet people where they are, reach those who may not access help through traditional routes, and start powerful conversations through something as simple as a cup of coffee.

Book us for your event
We offer two types of events packages:
- Pre paid – You cover the cost of the coffee in advance, so it’s free for your attendees on the day.
- Pay at event – Attendees purchase their coffee individually on the event day.
