Our Outreach team actively signpost individuals to a wide range of military and non-military charities, primarily when they have shared their needs during engagement at events.
The team can also make formal referrals to specialised services. Each referral is conducted as a warm handover, ensuring individuals are not left in limbo while awaiting support and remain connected to someone they can reach out to.
We maintain ongoing contact during the referral process and, where required, continue to provide support even after the referral has been picked up. This approach ensures continuity of care and reinforces our commitment to preventing isolation and uncertainty for those seeking help.
