Barista Academy
We all have a need for achievement, which we can meet by developing ourselves and learning new skills. Upskilling individuals is something our team are passionate about, whether that be staff, volunteers, prisoners or members of marginalised communities. Our Barista Academy can teach individuals the art of roasting coffee and also offer a Level 2 Accredited Barista Qualification, which has helped many individuals with their wellbeing, sense of meaning & purpose, increased self-confidence, enriched their CV and helped secure employment.
Community
At our Head Office & Roastery in Ipswich we have a fully equipped barista training space. Here we offer light touch barista training or take small groups through the Level 2 Accredited Barista Training qualification. With supporting mental health and wellbeing the focus, we have created a learning space that is welcoming, safe and calm.

Corporate Team Building
