Our Operations

Our roastery is set up with two commercial coffee roasters:

  • 3kg manual drum roaster, 12 kg/h efficiency, roasting time 8-20 minutes
  • 15kg manual coffee roaster, 60kg/h efficiency, 8-20 minutes

Our current weekly roasting production is up to 2.5 tons which can be scaled up to meet demand.

We go through an extensive set of tests to determine the optimum roast recipe for each individual type of green coffee in our range. These recipes are saved and stored to replicate standards.

Each roast goes through a rigorous quality control process to ensure consistency and to detect potential anomalies within the green coffee. All these checks are recorded and filed for due diligence purposes.

Our blends are St Georges, Cuppa Towen, Choc’s Away (decaf), Fusion Blend and Spill the Beans​.

Once roasted, we allow coffee to rest and degas for a minimum of 48 hours before packing.

Coffee Grounds

We hate to see anything go to waste at Combat2Coffee so our coffee grounds are collected and donated free of charge to local charity garden projects.  From grounds into the ground!
